Do you receive weekly emails inviting you to publish "quickly and easily"? Have you heard of predatory or hijacked journals? In a context where the pressure to publish is constant, it is essential to distinguish between reliable and deceptive options. Making informed decisions can be key.
OBJECTIVES
Publishing research results is a crucial step for researchers to gain maximum recognition.
The aim of this workshop is to:
- Be able to identify different types of low-quality or dubious journals.
- Learn about tools to assess journal quality and identify suitable outlets for publication, as well as alternatives to traditional publishing.
