The Antoni Rubies Restaurant and the IRBLleida sign a collaboration agreement

The Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida (IRBLleida) and the Antoni Rubies Restaurant sign a collaboration agreement for the first time.

Inaugurated in 2011 in Artesa de Lleida, the Antoni Rubies Restaurant offers rice menu as the main specialty, and the menu, made with local products, incorporates some of the signature dishes of chef Antoni Rubies.

This type of agreements help IRBLleida to promote and continue with this important research that seeks to provide better services to the population by researching different diseases.
