More than 200 people take part in the 1st IRBLleida Walk

More than 200 people participated today in the first 'IRBLleida. Let's walk for research'.

The mayor of Lleida Fèlix Larrosa took part this morning in the first edition of the walk together with the councillors Pilar Bosch, Jackson Quiñónez, Jordina Freixanet and Neus Caufapé.

The Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida Dr. Pifarré Foundation (IRBLleida) has promoted this activity, organised by XT Sport Events by Xavi Thai, to raise funds for research.

Two routes have been programmed, one of 5 km and one of 10 km, around the IRBLleida (Avda. Alcalde Rovira Roure, 80). Registration for this charitable initiative cost €10 and €5 for children under 12. In addition, those who could not attend were offered the possibility of collaborating with a dorsal zero, to facilitate their contribution.
