The social return action "Visit la Marató" is underway, which reveals the advances in health promoted thanks to citizen solidarity

The study of new strategies to prevent and treat antibiotic resistance, the development of the liquid biopsy technique, which, with just a small blood sample, can help diagnose and monitor paediatric sarcoma patients, and the search for innovative therapies for rare diseases. These are some of the many research projects promoted by the Fundació La Marató de TV3 thanks to the solidarity of the public, which can be discovered in the new edition of the action "Visit the research of La Marató". The cycle is starting up again after the stoppage caused by the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020.

Until 28 June, the Foundation has scheduled around fifty visits to different research centres throughout Catalonia, during which the public will be able to visit the laboratories and the different areas of work of the award-winning researchers.
