Ilerdent renews its collaboration with IRBLleida

Miquel Gensana, manager of the Ilerdent dental clinic in Lleida, and Josep Maria Bosch, head of promotion at the Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida, Dr. Pifarré Foundation, have renewed the agreement by which the Lleida dental clinic contributes to the financing of research projects developed by IRBLleida in the field of biomedicine.

"This has been a difficult year for everyone and, given the economic situation, we have to make an effort to maintain the funding of research. If we do not do research, if we do not advance in science, it will be difficult to overcome this and other diseases that affect so many people on a daily basis," said Gensana.

THANKS TO HEALTH WORKERS

In addition to the financial contribution, the agreement provides for the provision of discounted dental treatment for employees - and their families - of IRBLleida, the Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital, the Santa Maria University Hospital and primary care professionals, with a 10% discount on the price list and other free services. This agreement will be enhanced this year with an additional bonus, so that all professionals working in the field of health - including non-healthcare professionals - will enjoy a consolidated 15% discount, until 31 December 2020.
